When we started NestClearly, the idea behind it was pretty simple: manufactured homes deserved a marketplace of their own.
There are plenty of places to sell a home online, but manufactured homes don’t always fit neatly into the traditional real estate model. Some are being sold with land, some are located in communities, and others need to be moved entirely. Sellers often end up posting across Facebook groups and general marketplaces hoping the right person happens to see their home, while buyers have to search through listings for everything else just to find the homes they’re actually interested in.
We thought there should be another option.
Over the last few weeks, we’ve added several new homes to NestClearly, and we’re starting to see the marketplace we originally pictured take shape. Every new listing gives buyers another reason to visit, and every new person browsing the platform gives the sellers already here another opportunity to find the right buyer.

We also know there is a lot more we want to build.
There are features we want to add, improvements we want to make and plenty of ideas for what NestClearly can eventually become. But right now, our biggest priority isn’t adding another feature just for the sake of adding one. It’s helping the people who have already trusted a new platform enough to list their homes with us reach more potential buyers.
That requires more people knowing NestClearly exists.
If you know someone who is trying to sell a manufactured home and wants another option outside of automatically paying thousands of dollars to a realtor, tell them about NestClearly. If someone mentions they’re looking for a manufactured home, send them our listings. If you see a home on the site that reminds you of someone, share it with them.
That might seem like a small thing, but it’s how a marketplace like this actually grows.
More sellers mean more homes for buyers to choose from. More buyers mean more eyes on the homes already listed. And as both sides grow, NestClearly becomes more useful for everyone using it.
We’re still early, and we’re building this as we go. For now, we’re focused on making the platform work for the people who are helping us build it by listing their homes, browsing what’s available and sharing NestClearly with the people in their lives.
